Mapleton Saddle Club December 13 Meeting The original December meeting was cancelled and rescheduled for tonight.  Here are the happenings:   1.  ADOPTED FAMILY.  We have agreed to adopt a family from Uniontown.  They have 8 children and 2 adults.  If you would like to make a food contribution please bring it to the Mapleton Community Center on Wed., Dec 15 at 6pm.  I will be there to accept it.  We also agreed to take $300 from our account and provide a gift certificate to Walmart so the family can purchase items they want as well.   2.  MSC TEE SHIRT ARTWORK.   BJ Barlett created two designs to be used on apparel.  Members presented voted to use the design with riders on it.  Visit the MSC website at www.jansl.com to find out how to order something from BJ.   3.  JANUARY MEETING will be a pot luck dinner.   We will meet on Sunday, Jan 3 at 6pm.  I will call you and give you a category to cook for.  At that time I will have a pretty good idea of how many people will be in attendance.   4.  CHANGES IN MEETINGS/PLANS.  In the future when meetings or plans change I will send an email, it will be posted on the website AND I will start a phone tree.  However, a good back up plan is to always check the website.   Thank you to all who attend our meetings regularly.  Merry Christmas to all.   Tommye
