| E-Mail is the best part of the Internet to me. I love to be in contact with people all over the country, and I must say, it is a lot of fun to be in contact with those close at hand. I live in the country, so most of my phone calls are long distance, but E-Mail costs me no more than the Internet is all ready charging. Great fun!! I also love to get a letter from someone about the computer or the Internet and then answer them at my convenience. Please remember though - Never open a file that you don't know is comming, especially if it ends with Filename.exe . Delete it from your mail without opening! Other attachments to watch out for are .com .bat .cmd .pif .htm .do .xi .reg .ink .vbs or any thing ending with v in the suffxes. One problem - some of the new virus does not have to be opened to do it's dirty, so be sure that your virus program is updated every week or two. |
