One of the greatest things about Windows is that it is so simple to copy something from one program to another, or to copy something from the Internet to one of your programs.  Copy and Past is sort of tricky to learn, but once learned, you will never re-type anything.  You will go to the words you want to copy.  Highlight the words you want to copy. (make them blue)  Then press CTRL and C  This will copy highlighted words.  Then go to where you want the words pasted like a word processor program.  Get to the location where you want these words and CTRL V.  Once learned you will use all the time.  Try it now!  Highlight this text.  Now hold down the CTRL key and tap the C key.  Now go to E-Mail Me on this page.  Go to the body of the letter and hold down the CTRL key and tap V.
Did it work??
If not try again!
You will get the hang of it!
It is worth the effort!!

In the computer world there are at least six ways to do everything, and none is all ways  right, or none is all ways wrong!  Just different.  If that copy and paste did not work for you, here is another way to try.  You really have to find one way that works for you!
Again Highlight the words you want copied.  To highlight just put the mouse cursor at the start (or end) of what you want highlighted, and hold the left mouse button down.  Now drag across all the words you want highlighted.  When these words are blue, or darker than the rest of the text, turn loose of the mouse button.  Now go to the top of the screen to edit and a drop down menu will appear.  Go to copy.  This will put the highlighted words on the clipboard.  Now go to where you want to copy the words. Try using the E-Mail Me again!  Go to the body of the letter.  Click the mouse so that the cursor is showing where you want the words to go.  Go back to edit and the drop down menu.  Now click paste!  Your copied words should appear!  Did it work this time?
I bet you got it!!

Copy and paste is wonderful for copying a E-Mail address and putting it into the address book, or copying a Web site address and putting it in the Web address line.  Try it again.  You will get the hang of it!!!  Try copying a picture and then paste.  You will have two pictures.  Now place the pictures.  You can get some wonderful effects!
E-Mail Me!
